Delegation Skills

The art of delegating is a skill that leaders need to grow in to build their strategic output, and when release and develop their teams. We work through a range of tools and techniques to help leaders and managers learn how to delegate tasks. Participants also learn how to use effective delegation as a key development tool to motivate and challenge their colleagues. We also identify considerations that need to assess before, during and after a task has been delegated.
